realistic Cash on Cash and the CAP rate
Hi,
I am trying to figure out what is the realistic CASH on CASH ( If i am using mortgage) or/and the CAP RATE should i target for the first Turn key rental property. I have seen one blog (https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2013/01/1...) That says 6% or above cap rate are better but i am not sure if that is the latest trend , As most of the once i am finding is hard to cross the 6% mark.
Thanks
Arun
