Hi My name is Treymane Middleton currently  ,you can call me Trey for short. I currently live in South Florida and is interested in shadowing , an experienced Real estate investors in some deals just to get a feel for the in and outs of doing a deal. I am not looking for any compensation , just trying to getting some experience up close and personal.

I am willing to volunteer to help a landlord and/or owning a rental property, want to learn how everything works up close.

Hey Guys, I just wanted to know is there a way I can obtain a tax delinquent property list ? I’m a fairly new investors on my way trying to make my first deal in wholesaling and would love your feed back or if there’s anyway someone list I would greatly appreciate it. As a college student on a tight budget, I believe that as of right now wholesaling would more than likely be the smartest option. I was wondering if there were any tips and pointers that anyone could give me on how to get my start and what the best pathway would be.
