I started in Real Estate with no money, butThrough my due diligence and and a REI meeting I landed my first deal. It was a Seller Financing deal, but Ultimately I turned it downed so they decided to make me their property manager. Lets just say its been a learning experience. They also gave me the opportunity to advertise and help them sell a 3 bedroom single home, and they would give me a finders fee. Im having a little trouble being a property manager and helping them sell that SFH. I've read books listened to podcast etc.... Im swallowing my pride and Im basically looking for partnership/Mentorship. Thank you all for your time any advice is welcomed without malicious intent.
