Looking for opportunities

Hi,

I'm just starting out in real estate investing and am investigating several different options from BRRR to purchasing commercial buildings to rent or possibly starting out in small multi family units. Does anyone know of others that are experienced and looking to partner?

Thanks,

Jennifer

A great place to start is a 2-4 unit owner occupied Multi Family. Allows you to get in the game with very little money down.
