Turn Key Morris Invest
I am new and bought a property from morris invest in january. It is now july and have no rent. The first managment /rehab left me with a unfinished property and tennants that dont pay rent. I am all in and dont have the money to fix anything. I don't know what to do!

And many sad cases as well were they used all their money to buy these and got just a shell of a house in return.
