New investor in New York.

Hi, I'm a new investor in New York and I'm seeking to purchase my first property by the end of the year. I'm in the process of getting my real estate license. I live in an extremely expensive area and I was wondering where in NY would be the best market for a new investor?

Hi Gary,

Welcome to BP! You will find this site and its members incredibly valuable to your real estate investing journey.

I too live in NY. Warwick in orange county.  I have been researching the Middletown, NY market.  Close proximity to the city and SF homes in the $90k- $150k range are always available.

What type of investing are you looking to get into?

Good luck!

Danny
