@Teri Feeney Styers That's Awesome! How much are the framers charging? We got a bid for $4.20 per sqft for everything minus roof shingles. Ours is a new construction so the challenge was in securing a plot zoned for multi. We'll get building permits this week once our electrician meets with the city inspector. SUPER EXCITED!

I'm building my first duplex in my hometown and an old friend of mine offered to do the wiring for it. He doesn't have a licence but will be using someone else's to do the work. They're charging me 15k to wire the duplex but I feel that's a bit high. What do y'all think? Thanks.
