Background and criminal check and credit report

I will be closing on my first two family house so I am relatively new in the land lording business. I will be living in one unit and looking out for my first tenant. The house is in NJ.

I  would need to do the background/ criminal and credit check for the new tenant. Any suggestions as to how to go about this. I am looking for recommended websites or providers that provide this service
