@Jason D. I am ok with that as long as it's not a huge chunk. I want to handle my first investment carefully. It's all very new and a bit intimidating.

I'm thinking of getting a property through a wholesaler and having my contractor do the work. If I do that I'll be able to get t at 60-70% ARV.

Hello Everyone,

I've been doing my research and looking into all avenues. I understand there are different investors and hard money lenders are one of them. If I am not mistaking there are hard money lenders who will lend with no downpayment. Is that correct?

If so, what is the difference between the Lenders who require a downpayment and one who doesn't.

I want to go for my first flip before the year is up. I have a contractor who is ready to work and a few properties in mind.  Now I am trying to get the financial end figured out.

Thanks in Advance!

Hello again all.

I have some equity in my home and want to take it out and go after my first flip.

Is it a good idea? Any advice you can give me when it comes to this process. I will be partnering with a contractor so he would be responsible for the materials/labor and I'd be responsible for purchasing the property.

Good Evening all!

I am a realtor and I normally deal with buyers and it’s worked for me so far.

I am becoming more and more interested in flipping, investing and or even working with investors/developers.

I was told to come to BiggerPockets and I’d figure it out. I’ve been reading A LOT but am more of a hands on learner.

Any guidance, advice, information is needed and appreciated.

Thank you all in advance!

Haven't heard of that. I have a company I work with but they're in Southampton. Alpert Abstract LLC ask for Alina.
