letter to Absentee owner - for Multi Family purchase
I am newbie looking to buy my first two family unit in New Jersey. I am looking to send out letters to Absentee owners. I would need bank financing or lender financing to buy the house. I am not a cash buyer.
Would someone have a template I could use to send the letter.
