i Found a Partner Now What?

Hello BP, I read the book Investing in Real Estate With No and Low Money Down by @Brandon Turner and I found a partner that is going to put the down payment. Where do I go from there? Does he wire me the money or do we go through a third party?

John Ross Valderama well did you find the deal? Are you both going to own or what exactly? From the extremely limited knowledge you have provided I’m not sure what value you are providing here.

Typically the next step is going to be form some sort of entity to split the ownership
