Is paying for a Mentor as a Rookie Good?

Sarah Wade
Posted

Just curious, For those starting out and need a mentor closing first deal? Is it good to pay for a mentor/ or is it possible someone who is experience can guide us to becoming as successful without using our money or going half on our first deal?  like Paying it forward...

if your going to do this as a business then schooling and training is advised.. if your simply looking to be a landlord that's pretty vanilla stuff and you should be able to do that on your own..

also no matter who tells you the real estate business to be successful TAKES capital and credit.. or some amazing sale skills.
