Where in Philadelphia for a newbie
Hello Philly investors, yet. I am ready to buy my first property to flip and I’m trying to decide where in Philadelphia would be a good farm area for me.
I want to stay close to my home so I am considering Mt Airy, East Oak lane, or around that area. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?
