Hello everyone, I am look for subcontractors in Philadelphia to work with me on my rehabs. If anyone one has any recommendations I would greatly appreciate it. I’m looking for all trades, plumbing, electric, HVAC, tile, flooring, carpenters, and masons.

I appreciate the response. To answer your questions I am looking just to flip right now. As far as financing I have access to private money so that part is worked out. I have made contact with a wholesaler and I'm looking to speak with a few more. Your suggestion to find a real estate agent is a great one and I'm looking one at the moment. 

I have thought about Germantown as well but I'm finding that determining the ARV in Philadelphia can be tricky, I guess that's another good reason to find an agent to work with.

Hello Philly investors, yet. I am ready to buy my first property to flip and I’m trying to decide where in Philadelphia would be a good farm area for me. I want to stay close to my home so I am considering Mt Airy, East Oak lane, or around that area. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?
