Attending first RE Seminar

Greetings BP, just wanted to give a quick review on attending my first Real Estate Seminar. I showed up with a open mind, even though I had no intention on buying anything, even though I did want to hear the information. The presentation covered basically everything I have read on B.P and various books. I heard about R.E.O’s, Cap Rates, C.O.C on return. It basically felt like one big review. Then their was a pitch of the package costing 3,000. Then being lowered to 1495. I really am interested in Real Estate, I just don’t feel I need to Pay 14
