New PA Wholesaler need help!!!

Hello BP world,

I am a relatively new to wholesaling in the Pittsburgh, Pa area. I’ve done my research over the past month since i’ve been introduced to it but, in PA the rules and laws are a little cloudy for someone new like me to completely understand. I guess what i’m looking for is someone who understands wholesaling in PA and is willing to help me out with the paperwork and the process of getting my first deal done!
