 Slight growth in population and wages year over year in Albany. Having both SUNY students and state workers as an available renter pool is a huge pro. Property taxes are higher than most counties to the north (Saratoga, Warren, Washingtoun). I consider Albany an attractive option, and am currently considering investing myself.
