I saved up and was able too purchase a home in Nassau county NY full and clear, i had 20k left over too invest into it which i did and am now working on it paycheck too paycheck. There’s still a lot that needs too be done and it’s become overwhelming for me. Any suggestions on what i should do at this point ?

@Henri Meli

Your absolutely right, Monday I’m on it. Other than the fact that my credit isn’t too good I’ll see what i can get done. Thanks for the push!

Yes what your saying makes a lot of sense. As far as Capital I’m working with about 70k. I’m currently in New York living with my mother however i don’t plan on moving just because it’s convient at this point in my life. I work two 16 hr shifts from 3pm-7am twice a week so i was really targeting areas within two hours of me however i do have intentions on quitting once I’m comfortable with my ability to make and live off of the money i earn in real estate.

Hello Jim,

Pleased to meet you too. In regards to your response your absolutely right which may be the reason your the only one who responded lol. As far as real estate is concerned i have no hands on experience whatsoever, I’ve only been too many seminars but i feel as if i need more of a hands on learning experience to really understand any concept. As far as construction is concerned i have experience in carpentry, tiling, floor refinishing and painting. I wanted too get into the house flipping area of real estate being that i can use some of the skills i acquired to save a lot of money in my endeavors. I’ve been saving since i was 13 years old so that’s about 10 years of Capital. So as of right now I’m just trying to get my feet wet. I mean in my position what do you suggest ? @Jim Goebel

How’s it going @Dustin Rose

Im definitely interested in investing in rehab projects and very curious too see what you have. Please send info too [email protected] Thanks.

Hello, I’m coming out of the queens/nassau county area with much experience in the carpentry field as well as many other home improvement skills. I’m new to real estate investing however am very intrigued by the idea of it and the wealth it can bring. Looking for people to invest with and also build with and/or learn from because i know starting out this is a field i don’t believe i can take on by myself. If anyone has the same goals and is looking to take the next step with me let me know, Thanks.
