Thank you all, that's very encouraging! I'll hang on to my money and use it for investing. 

Still wondering if anyone is familiar with their software, in which you get professionally designed templates for each room in the house, together with a list of materials and SKU numbers? I looked like a real time saver, since you don't have to figure out the look that works best for the space/neighborhood potential, and you don't have to waste time finding all those materials.

Has anyone ever used something like that?

I am brand new to RE investing and I just took the Fortune Builder's/Than Merril's 3 day seminar this weekend. They have a hard sales pitch for a $50K education and software. I was very attracted to their home remodeling templates, in which you can choose from a number of different room designs and download all the necessary materials/SKUs for the contractor to do the job. I loved the time saving benefits, but I didn't see myself spending $50K on that. Is anyone familiar with a similar interface that doesn't cost such an exorbitant amount?
