OK, I get the deal under contract (Let's assume a multi unit commercial deal) what is the process from that point? what paper work is the very next thing? what $$ is needed to continue to move the process along? who do we get involved next? (Attorneys/Appraisers/CPA/inspector etc.)

I am new to this and would like to see what I need to expect after I get an owner to accept my offer and sign a purchased agreement?

Thank you for any responses.
