High voltage power lines

Good morning all. this is my very first post in the forum. My wife and I are in the processing of purchasing our first ever property. It is a multi family in Woburn MA. Our offer is accepted and we are contemplating signing the Purchase and Sale Agreement. Yesterday we received startling news that a High Voltage power line is set to be installed in CLOSE proximity to our potential investment property. The numbers currently make sense but we are concerned with the potential Health risks as well as how this could effect us being able to rent the units in the future or selling  the property a few years down the road. Looking for some feedback/suggestions as we are terrified of making a huge financial mistake. Would you still purchase?

thank you all in advance!
