 I need a Real Estate Agent who specializes in investing (of course) and a Contractor.   I want to Fix and Flip in the area surrounding Downtown St. Petersburg. I live in Freeport, New York (Long Island).

Can anyone recommend a Real Estate Agent that specializes in Real Estate Investing and a Contractor.  I see several houses that I'm interested in.  I have the funds to buy cash.
