Inquiry for an Assistant/Entry Level Property Management (NYC)
Hello All,
I wanted to throw out a message in this positive BP universe.
My background is a GC vendor for managements in NYC, mostly roofing, exterior renovation, sidewalk repair, and some interior renovation (bathrooms & kitchens). I also have some administrative experience in rentals, lease preparation, and collections.
I am currently seeking an entry level position in a local property management around the Brooklyn, Queens, NYC, areas.
If anyone knows of or uses a property management that is looking for someone to start on the ground, visit their properties, create reports, deal with tenant issues, or deal with minor projects, I would kindly ask for a referral.
Thank you in advance
