@Ron Parasole Thank you for the help. It is commercial. I am just looking for a zoning analysis on the property. Maximum buildable sq footage, parking spaces, number of units and size. Usually in the city architects can create an analysis, just a sheet of paper with all tye projected numbers on it if that makes sense.

Hey BP, I am hoping someone experience with Wilkes-Barre city can provide me with some advice. I found the C-1 zoning regulations for the city, however I can not seem to find the height restrictions, does anyone know where online those might be? I will end up going to the office and asking in person, just figured someone might know. Part 2 Any idea what commercial land development is selling for per sq ft in the city? All and any input is much appreciated. Thank you!

Jason Lee found it. Thank you. Cease and desist list is the proper name for it. What are your thoughts on an introduction mailer with a spotlight on a local business in the neighborhood per say. No listings or asking to sell or buy a property?
