Hi BP Currently looking at a Multi family property in Lawrenceburg, TN. Overall using google maps and various other resources, the area seems to be a developing area. Agents have informed us that colleges are relocating in and around Lawrenceburg. The numbers that we are using on the property show potential. Any insight into the area? Good/bad to invest in?
