Hello All,

My name is Makala and I am writing this post today to seek out some insight from a knowledgeable and well rounded individual who has a passion for teaching/ helping others.  I currently live in Marin County and would love to find a place a can both live in and also rent out, a multifamily unit. If anyone is available or interested in giving me some insight just on the overall real estate industry. Or if anyone knows of any multi family unit available to buy to live in and also rent out.
