Hi Everyone,

In almost every Bigger Pockets podcast and listen to successful individuals, I've learned a recurring theme of how important it is to network and build community. I feel like I've literally forgot how to meet people, but I definitely want to take a leap of faith in connecting with investors. Are there any good meetups you've attended that you'd recommend? My goal is to attend a meetup weekly or monthly meeting, meet likeminded people, and build new connections.

Thank you in advance 😁!

Hello All,

I was hoping to get some insight, opinions, and concerns on investing in turnkey properties. Just overall thoughts, opinions, and knowledge on turnkeys is wonderful, but also if anyone knows more information specifically in the KC market I would love to hear more.

Thank you all in advance :)

Hi @Arlanzie Combs, I am not relocating to Kansas City , I was just thinking about buying property there because my grandmother and her husband live there and could look after the place for me . Just an idea

Hi @Arlanzie Combs,

I am looking for anything really . Ideally I would love a duplex or fourplex, use an FHA loan and occupy one unit myself ! I live in a very expensive market in California, so I was thinking of Kansas City. But for the mean time I am back to hitting the books.

Hi Eric,

Thank you for taking the time to respond go my post . I will take some time and research AHP. Would you recommend this over a Roth IRA ?
