College degrees that could help with real estate investing

Are there any college degrees that could help with real estate investing. I know a college degree is not necessary for real estate investing, but I was wondering if there were any that could give you an advantage in real estate investing.

Any degree that would likely lead to a job that pays well and which you expect to enjoy. Also try to avoid student loans or take out the minimal amount needed to graduate so that your debts do not slow down your investing and increase your debt to income ratio. Having a stable w2 job will allow you to qualify for loans. You can learn real estate outside of your regular w2 income producing job.
