Good investor games to play with your kids.

Parents, what do you do to teach your children about real estate investing? I have a 5 year old daughter who is interested in “fixing houses with Dad” As we all know, fixing houses is only half the fun. The other parts are a little more challenging for a little entrepreneur to comprehend. Monopoly is still a little over her head too, although she does love owning the hotels. Anyways, I’d love to hear what you do with your kids and how you’re teaching them.

@Nick Rutkowski I play Cash Flow for Kids as well as Children's Monopoly. I hate the grown up one since I don't have eleventy-hundred hours to spend on a single game! Both of those are great. We also started building furniture in the garage (kind of a hobby/mini business) and that lets me teach her real life income, expense, profit, etc. Before that (and still today), I would randomly ask her if certain things are assets or liabilities... "Wow daddy, did you see that truck? We should get that one so we can buy a bigger camper."

"I sure did. If I bought it, would it be an asset or a liability?" That sort of thing.
