Advice...rehab DIY or hire it out? First flip

I am deep into the researching stage of my first flip. Hoping to buy my first property in the next few months.

My question is...how do you decide what repairs to DIY and what to hire out? Obviously I could easily manage cleaning out trash...painting...riping up carpet and even installing new flooring. But does it make sense to invest the time in doing this myself or pay a contractor who will get it done much quicker.

I guess my question is, what do YOU diy and what do you hire out?
