Hi bp first and foremost I will like to say I’m so happy I found bp they have everything you need and more I don’t see how ppl paying thousand of dollars to these so called gurus and all have to do is become a bp member lol. But my question is I will like to purchase my first rental property, but I also will like to become an first time home owner. I just don’t know how to go about it. Should I start off by purchasing a duplex live on one side and rent the other side out I’m a little confused. Can someone please be kindly to give me some much needed advice
