hi I'm from Pennsylvania and thanks for this awesome post. The only question I have is what's the most effective way to get started. I've read a lot of post on wholesaling in which can get a little confusing. I'm unsure if I should drive for dollars , do bandit signs or direct mailing. One thing I'm excited about is my first REI meet up is next month. I'll be able to meet some motivated ppl and network. What made me decide to get into real estate/wholesaling is that I was intrigued by selling a property without using your own money, bank or credit plus I know it's not going to be easy but I do know it's going to gain me the knowledge and prepare me for other ventures with real estate.
