Can you walk me through your first purchase & flip?

Hi, 

If you are a relatively new investor and flipped your first property, I would love to pick your brain for 30 minutes on a phone call. How did you go about building your team? What challenges did you face? 

If there is an existing post around this please do point me to it...honestly a bit overwhelmed with the information here.
