Hopefully starting my rental business in 2018
I want to buy my first rental this coming year and then keep on buying and ASAP my goal is to quit my full time job. I drive a semi full time and I’m a part time firefighter/EMT (I will always keep doing that though). When do I have to take a salary from my rental business do I don’t get in trouble from the IRS as long as I can afford to live off the part time FF/EMT.
