Thanks for the tip, i have noticed that returns tend to be considerably higher through financing.

Thank you all for taking the time to reply. As a first time investor, I'm a little skiddish when it comes to my money. From looking around here in biggerpockets, i feel that Chris Clothier's company is probably a better place to start. Sure they charge a premium, but for someone with no experience whatsoever like me, going with a reputable company that takes care of everything seems like the way to go, or least to get my feet wet. If anyone has any better suggestions, im all ears. Thanks again for helping me out, its much appreciated.

Hey everyone, my name is Julio and I'm new to real estate investing. I recently came across some videos on youtube of Clayton Morris and turnkey real estate investing and I wanted to know if anyone has hands on experience with his company. I'm a software developer and have about 50k available for investing and this seems like the way to go since i don't want to be too involved, although 10%-12% seems to good to be true. I tried searching the forums for information and several people have pointed out and warned that this has been discussed already but i cant find the actual posts where this happened. I mainly want to hear any and all cons to going this route, the pros seem to be better than what i expected. I appreciate your thoughts, thanks!!
