I closed on my first investment property today.  I would like some feedback from anybody on the Oklahoma State Landlord forms from Bigger Pockets.  Should I purchase them or not?  What sites should I market my rental with?

Are you planning to self manage? If so and you don’t have an attorney then yes I would buy them. If your going to use a property manager. They should handle that.
