Looking for help to starting out on Rehabbing in NJ

I'm an IT security engineer looking to start a REI career. My primary goal is to dedicate this full time so I can quit my current job.

I've started my mail campaign and while waiting from calls, I'd like to learn more about the Flipping model.  

As I have no experience on rehabbing or getting a rehab estimates, I would like to meet people on this forum that are playing this game and learn from them. While I can't provide much in return (at the moment) regarding Real Estate, I can commit to join forces and do business in the future. Also, I can provide network security assessments if you are planning to enforce your IT network.
