Commercial liquidators in Indianapolis

Hi BP! I'm just starting out on my first project. Does anyone have any recommendations for commercial liquidators or auctions in central Indiana? We're looking for 2-3 high efficiency water heaters, 2 high efficiency furnaces and AC units for a duplex. We will be redoing all the duct work and can install it ourselves, but if there's recommendations for an excellent and affordable HVAC installer, we'd love to talk to them. Thank you in advance!
