LLC, Holding Company, etc etc
Morris Investments runs a Holding Company LLC which manages multiple LLCs underneath (see one LLC per approx 150k of value). This seems like a smart idea.
My question is, while planning to buy my first property, should I form the holding company LLC first? Or just an LLC in general to do the first property, and the holding company further down the road?
