I am a new investor and want to learn the ropes. I live in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn and I am learning the neighborhood. from a real estate investment perspective.  Would like to intern, so to speak, to learn what I can about real estate investing.  Have a great work ethic and willing to put in the time to learn as much as I can.
