I've been listening to the podcasts, reading the forums, and consuming any real estate info I can get my eyes on.  Ready to move forward.  Looking for contact info for hard money lenders in Tampa.  Is there a page here on the forum where you can search by city?  Any quick tips for a first timer contacting these lenders?
