Fully Occupied, so I can't owner occupy...?
I can provide as many details as needed to get well rounded feedback.
In love with a house in my area that's a fully occupied 3 family, the numbers look great. Since I'm going the way of FHA financing I'm thinking it's not doable given I can't live there ... it's fully occupied with newer leases on long term tenants.
Should I just squash this idea altogether since I need to find a place that I can live to fulfill that requirement?
I feel like this is a super silly question but here goes nothing.
