Using The MLS To Wholesale Deals

Hello BP. This is my first thread so please bare with me. I've heard it be said that if done correctly, the MLS can be very valuable for a wholesaler. My wife and I are wholesalers looking to become bonafide investors. We need to do a few wholesale deals to get some skin in the game. We've tried to sidestep this exit strategy but found it very difficult to get 100% funding for a fix n flip. We have access to the MLS and read a couple blogs saying that a wholesaler can get deals regularly through an agent and the MLS. Is this true and how can we go about it? What would we say to the agent to get them to see the benefit in it?
