Thanks for the feedback. As far as social media, I’ve posted it pretty much everywhere from FaceBook, Twitter and IG to Craigslist and email blasts. I just haven’t posted it here yet. Making fliers is an excellent idea and I’ll do that today. Thank you.

Hello all. I’m new to posting on the board. I want to make sure that I post in the proper forums as not to be disruptive. I currently have a deal I would like to present to anyone who invests in Michigan. What’s the best forum to do that in?? Thank you in advance.

It helps tremendously. Thank you, Louis! I think I'll hold off on trying to get deals through the MLS. I actually found another thread on the subject after googling the question and based on what I've read, it can be done successfully but it takes good rapport and a bit of clever bargaining. I'm not well versed nor seasoned enough to feel confident in trying it. Thanks for responding.

I guess this thread answers my question. I'm new to BP and made a similar thread yesterday. When I didn't get a response, I googled and guess where google brought me? LOL! So basically deals off the MLS for a wholesaler are difficult. I'm just trying to find a deal. I've combed neighborhoods driving for dollars to put together a mail campaign, I've searched craigslist and facebook, I've put up bandit signs, I've sent mailers to pre-foreclosures and the leads I genrated turned out to be dead ends. I'm currently exploring Tax Liens and Deeds. I need something positive to happen and soon.

Hello BP. This is my first thread so please bare with me. I've heard it be said that if done correctly, the MLS can be very valuable for a wholesaler. My wife and I are wholesalers looking to become bonafide investors. We need to do a few wholesale deals to get some skin in the game. We've tried to sidestep this exit strategy but found it very difficult to get 100% funding for a fix n flip. We have access to the MLS and read a couple blogs saying that a wholesaler can get deals regularly through an agent and the MLS. Is this true and how can we go about it? What would we say to the agent to get them to see the benefit in it?
