Hello,

I am new to REI, but have been interested for some time. I would like to get started, however there are some factors that prevent me from doing so.

How does one overcome fears they may have with financing or the rehabbing of a project before you even start? And once overcome what are the most important areas to address in the property to attract the tenants or buyers? Any information would be greatly appreciated.......
