Need Guidance/Help For First Property

Hello everyone! So I am jumping into real estate soon. Finally. Since I am new to this world, I could definitely use some mentorship. I have been waiting on the perfect property to come along and I believe I have finally found it. I don't want to wait too long and risk losing it. I am working on financing now. After reviewing the property with a contractor and realtor, I will make my decision to buy and hold or flip and sell. I feel like this one will end up being a flip and sell though.
