I just moved here from Norfolk,Virginia a couple days ago,and I was wondering how is the Wholesale Market here ?? I'm 19 yrs. old. I had a Intership at Gateway Investments in VA. I'm hoping to start my own company and strive here. Any advice??

@Eric Crump How hard was the process?? Also, Did you design your own Purchase & Sale Agreements w/ your company logo??

I've closed 5 deals under this company in 7 months. I have a good relationship with a couple investors through my boss. I usually find my leads through Craigslist/Realtor searching for homes sold by owners.

I'm 19 & have been working under a local real estate wholesale company  as an intern for a couple of months . I was thinking about starting my own investment company soon in another city. Any tips or advice you could give me?

Also, are the any investors in the Hampton Road area looking for someone in Wholesale??
