So this is my first rental property brand new condo and the master bedroom is wired for a ceiling fan that the tenants want, so is this something I let them buy or do I buy it to be nice? Also do I make them have professionally installed, or I'm pretty handy do I install it? Any help is greatly appreciated Thanks Joey collins

@Joey Collins never ever let a tenant install anything in any of your properties, you are asking for trouble if you let that happen.

If you wanted to enhance your property or the tenant experience, a ceiling fan is a very cheap add to a property so it would be an easy upgrade.
