Looking for suggestion from investors who have worked with good lenders in the salt lake area.

Just looking for options for tenants to pay utilities that have to be in my name. Having troubles with tenant not paying the water bill, great at paying the rent but they forget the other bills haha. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Ray Johnson yeah I definitely won't let them install it just really wondering if I'm being a jerk if i make them buy it and pay someone to install it? I can install it no problem so just thinking I should be nice and get them one.

So this is my first rental property brand new condo and the master bedroom is wired for a ceiling fan that the tenants want, so is this something I let them buy or do I buy it to be nice? Also do I make them have professionally installed, or I'm pretty handy do I install it? Any help is greatly appreciated Thanks Joey collins

Looking at buying a new 3 bed 2 bath condo in Herriman UT for a rental. I feel it's in a great up and coming location next to the new Real Salt Lake Soccer Academy, as well as new community college and there are plans to do a shopping center below. I'm thinking I can get about $1300 a month. Any advice you can give a newbie, rent rate, pros and cons... anything is greatly appreciated
