Working 10+ hours every day

I often hear entrepreneurs talk about long 13 hour days every day of the week for years until they reach their ultimate goal. My question is what exactly dees that typical day consist of when you're just starting out in REI ? Like what practical actions are you taking everyday.

Starting out until now, what I need to do never changes.  What changes is who does it.  Either my Powerteam, my Partners or myself.

Top 10 List:
1 - Market Analysis = M
2 - Lining up Cash, Credit Partners & NLD Loans = M, P
3 - Sending me Property listings = T
4 - Doing rehab (if needed) = P
5 - Market Analysis = M
6 - Lining up Powerteams & Networking = M, P
7 - Encountering REI problems, working out solutions that turn into opportunities = M
8 - Market Analysis = M
9 - Analyzing, Planning, monitoring REI Business Plan = M
10 - Market Analysis = M

Ultimately (now), each of the above is assigned to either:  T = Powerteam; P = Partners; M = Me
